Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Associate to process over-the-counter transactions with accuracy and efficiency. The role focuses on deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances, and related activities in line with bank standards, located onsite in Makati.

The candidate should have a business-related degree and at least one year of branch operations experience, with strong communication skills to serve clients and promote bank products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business.
• At least 1 year of branch operations experience, but fresh graduates welcome.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
