Job summary

GoTyme seeks a Kiosk Field Service Technician in General Santos to provide on-site support for kiosks, perform maintenance and replenishment tasks, and manage inventory to maintain uptime.

You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, deploy software updates, and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of parts while adhering to procedures and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role and/or IT/engineering environment
• Hands-on experience with Hardware/Software and Networking

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and fully resolves issues on-site - including hardware, software, and network coordination.
• Ensures consumable inventory in kiosk meets demand and is tracked.
• Conducts scheduled on-site maintenance (corrective & preventive).
• Assist in in-field software update deployment.
• Checks asset and inventory quality during installation and maintenance.
• Supports SLA adherence and customer satisfaction metrics.
