Job summary

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Support specialist to diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. You will provide technical assistance for Windows desktops and servers and manage software installation, drivers, and virus removal.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT support experience, overtime readiness, and onsite work at Mactan International Airport with a shifting schedule. This is a 1-year renewable project-based position in Cebu.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in CS/IT or Engineering.
At least 1 year of related IT Support experience.
Willing to work overtime and on-site at Mactan International airport with shifting schedule.
Open to Project Based Employment 1 year renewable.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
Provide technical support for Windows desktops and servers.
Install or reinstall software (licensed and standard apps).
Configure software drivers for peripherals and devices.
Perform virus scanning and removal; basic hardware diagnostics.
Restore files from backup system when necessary; coordinate warranty claims or repairs.
Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add & Change) tasks as part of scope.
Submit documentation on unit location and repair status; conduct daily activity checklist.
