Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of IT support/desktop support experience, including senior technician or team lead roles.
• Hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and incident handling in enterprise environments.
• Experience with desktop hardware/software support, Windows OS, basic networking, peripherals, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite point of contact for technical concerns, coordinating with internal teams, airport personnel, vendors, and support groups to resolve issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to onsite IT engineers/technicians, including task coordination and escalation support.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of desktop, hardware, software, peripheral, and basic network issues.
• Monitor support activities, document tickets, and provide regular updates on incidents and requests.
• Assist in maintaining IT assets, equipment records, and operational documentation for airport support activities.
• Support compliance with airport security requirements and procedures.
