Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a large, fast-paced call center with VOIP.
• Working knowledge of AD, GPOs, and software rollouts.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for PC hardware, software, and network.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations at the call center.
• Organize and address tasks and tickets by priority.
• Serve as site IT liaison for voice and data infrastructure.
• Assist with site hardware deployments and software rollouts.
• Receive workflow requests via the TRAKIT ticketing system.
