Job summary

Ibex Limited in Manila seeks an IT Support Professional to manage desktop devices, software, and IT inventory for the assigned region. You will respond to Remedy tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and support VOIP infrastructure across a large call center environment.

Responsibilities include installing and relocating desktops, maintaining endpoint configurations, and developing site SOPs. Travel and shift flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years desktop support experience or equivalent.
• Experience in large call center environment using VOIP.
• Strong communicator with client-facing skills.
• Willing to travel and work graveyard shift, overtime, and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Respond to workflow tickets via Remedy system.
• Spot trends and perform root-cause analysis to reduce issues.
• Install, relocate, troubleshoot and maintain desktops and software.
• Organize and address tickets by priority; support site hardware rollouts.
• Support IT at site for voice/data infrastructure and SOP documentation.
