Job summary

House of I.T is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Manila team. The role focuses on email and remote technical support, handling tickets, and ensuring timely resolution for clients.

You will use Autotask and work within rotating shifts as part of a growing Australian IT services provider. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with IT/CS/ICT backgrounds and a willingness to learn, onsite availability, and commitment to client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/ICT or related field.
• Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Onsite work availability.
• Willing to accept rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide email support for technical advisory and remote support services.
• Process and resolve customer concerns on technical aspects of the product.
• Meet metrics goals as required by the client.
• Check the designated queue in Autotask for assigned tickets.
• Update tickets as work progresses and document troubleshooting steps.
