Job summary

Intogreat Solutions is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.

You will work with Cisco, Fortinet, TP-Link, and Barracuda, administer cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, optimize Wi‑Fi, and implement security controls and VPN configurations while supporting IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in relevant IT or engineering field.
• Cisco and/or Fortinet certification is a plus but not required.
• At least 5 years of experience in network, systems, IT services, or IT support.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching.
• Hands-on exposure to Cisco, Fortinet, TP-Link and Barracuda technologies.
• Familiar with firewall config, access points, switches and network monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud services is advantageous.
• Understanding ITIL fundamentals for Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Configuration Management.
• Experience in a BPO or managed services environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Work with Cisco, Fortinet, TP-Link, and Barracuda technologies.
• Perform recurring network optimization to improve performance, stability, and scalability.
• Conduct routine maintenance including patching, firmware upgrades, configuration reviews, and system health checks.
• Administer and support cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Perform Wi-Fi optimization including coverage review, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide IT services and IT support, such as connectivity, endpoints, user-related incidents, and service requests.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks or risks, and escalates issues where required.
• Assist with implementation of network security controls, firewall policies, VPN configurations, and best practices.
• Maintain IT support documentation, network diagrams, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support infrastructure improvements and service continuity
