Job summary

ECI is seeking an experienced Senior Network Escalation Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role involves 24x7 monitoring, operations, and expert technical support for clients across various industries, with a focus on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet technologies.

This onsite position operates on rotating shifts and seeks immediate joiners or those able to start within 30 days. The successful candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, deliver high-quality service, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of network support experience.
• CCIE or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to global clients.
• Troubleshoot/resolve complex network issues across Cisco/Palo Alto ecosystems.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cases needing specialized expertise.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
• Evaluate networks and perform vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Prepare and execute change scripts on client networks.
• Lead network projects from setup to deployment for new client offices.
• Participate in onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Engage with clients to tailor network solutions.
• Lead network design strategies and scope of work.
• Join weekly client project calls.
