Job summary

Enable PH is seeking an experienced IT Network Administrator to lead maintenance, optimization, and security of our network infrastructure while supporting end‑user devices and IT peripherals. You will manage asset control, device deployment, and incident resolution, with focus on reliability and performance.

The role requires hands‑on experience with network devices, Windows environments, and asset management, along with strong communication skills to support a range of users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant IT support or network administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of network setup: TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches.
• Hands‑on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Experience in IT asset inventory management and deployment tracking.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, antivirus tools, and remote support apps.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices and user access management.
• Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to explain tech to non‑tech users.
• Certs such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, APs, cabling).
• Monitor network performance, bandwidth, availability, and troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Administer IP addressing, VLANs, and access controls for secure operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, backups, and document configurations and incidents.
• Provide tech support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install, setup, and replace hardware components as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues promptly.
• Manage IT assets inventory, tagging, stock control, deployment records.
• Coordinate with vendors for internet services, repairs, and procurement.
• Implement IT policies, preventive maintenance schedules, and security best practices.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding: devices, accounts, and workstation connectivity.
• Prepare reports on tickets, issues, asset status, and network incidents.
