Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Network Escalation Engineer to join our global Managed Services team. This onsite role requires 8+ years of network support, CCIE or equivalent, and hands-on Cisco Meraki, ISR/Catalyst, Palo Alto, and Fortinet experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of network support and project delivery experience.
• CCIE or equivalent advanced certification is required.
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki, ISR/Catalyst, Palo Alto, SonicWall and FortiGate.

Responsibilities

• Provide global client support for complex network issues.
• Troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching, security appliances, and VPNs.
• Lead network design and project initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cases and improve service quality.
• Prepare change scripts and perform network infrastructure updates.
