Qualifications

• Experience providing technical assistance and support for software/hardware.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Experience documenting interactions in a helpdesk/ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by resolving technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, network connectivity, and IT systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior support when needed.
• Document all interactions in the helpdesk system.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date and share best practices with teammates.
