Job summary

TRT Shared Services, OPC is seeking a Global Service Desk Engineer – Level 1 in Clark Global City Pampanga to handle 24/7 IT support for incident resolution and system administration tasks.

The role requires basic UNIX knowledge, hardware and software troubleshooting, and the ability to coordinate with service partners. You will join a 12-hour/day shift schedule in a full-time, on-site setup at Clark.

Qualifications

• Experience with UNIX systems is preferred.
• Willingness to handle both hardware and software issues.
• Basic understanding of computer fundamentals.
• Open to being assigned to TRT locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt resolution of logged incidents within SLAs.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and meet commitments.
• Analyze hardware issues and recommend solutions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Coordinate with service partners and field engineers.
• Update service call information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and security standards.
• Provide backup monitoring and troubleshooting.
