Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead infrastructure, systems, and support operations onsite at Clark Pampanga. You will manage IT projects, ensure security, uptime, and align technology with business goals while guiding a capable IT team.

You will collaborate with leadership and departments to deliver reliable IT services, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or two years IT management/network admin experience.
• Experience configuring Fortigate Firewall.
• Knowledge of Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS, and Group Policy.
• Local network setup and configuration.
• Firewall setup including routing and VPN.
• Server and firewall security hardening.
• Hardware storage knowledge: RAID, NAS, SAN.
• PBX systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and high accuracy.
• Excellent English language skills, time management, and organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
• Ability to take initiative and set team goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to develop IT solutions.
• Collaborate with managers to determine network maintenance and growth needs.
• Direct technological research aligning with organizational goals and projects.
• Lead IT projects: design, desktop support, deployment of new systems.
• Oversight of major IT projects, timelines, and outages.
• Monitor information systems to assess costs, productivity, and improvements.
• Develop disaster recovery plans to keep operations during crises.
• Develop troubleshooting methods to reduce downtime and costs.
• Create and implement IT policy and best practices.
• Provide 24/7 support directions for IT staff and users.
• Maintain downtime at minimal levels, aiming for under 1 hour monthly.
• Build playbooks to achieve department goals.
