Job summary

Stefanini, Inc. seeks a Deskside Technician I in Marikina to provide on-site hardware and software support for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV setups. The role requires 3+ years of corporate desk-side experience with strong Windows 10/11 skills and MS 365 proficiency.

You will assist with asset management, VPN and network issues, and support at internal events, with OT as needed. Collaboration with local and remote teams ensures uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of corporate desk-side support experience.
• Strong on Windows 10/11 environments and PC hardware repair.
• Experience with mobile devices (iOS/Android) and Intune/Azure AD.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps for productivity and collaboration.
• Willing to render overtime for events and critical activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite hardware and software support to clients, troubleshooting PCs, printers, mobiles, and tablets.
• Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, including desktops and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity from user device to the network.
• Perform meeting room checks and ensure AV/room tech is functional for meetings.
• Support IT, AV, and conferencing equipment for events and townhalls.
• Implement virus detection, eradication, and endpoint protection procedures.
• Maintain asset and inventory management, AMDB tagging and physical inventory checks.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 productivity tools, including Teams and Outlook.
• Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure timely incident resolution and customer satisfaction.
• May be required to render overtime to support events and critical activities.
