Job summary
ATI in Mandaluyong is seeking a fresh graduate to provide on-site IT support for clients, installing and maintaining equipment. The role covers hardware, software installation, basic networking, and travel to client sites as needed. Training will cover printers, displays, projectors, and other IT gear.
The position offers on-site full-time work with opportunities to gain hands-on experience across a range of IT equipment and client environments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledgeable in computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and basic networking.
- Willing to perform onsite technical support, installation and maintenance.
- Willing to travel for client visits.
- Willing to be assigned in Addition Hills, Mandaluyong City.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides onsite and remote technical support to clients
- Diagnoses and resolves hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Installs, sets up, and configures IT equipment and systems
- Performs maintenance, repairs, and preventive checks on devices
- Handles products such as printers, interactive displays, and projectors
- Conducts basic client training and product orientation
- Documents all service activities and technical resolutions
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of technical concerns
