RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy in Cavite City is inviting applications for a US Healthcare Customer Service Representative on-site, full-time, ideal for fresh graduates or current students. • Strong English communication skills required.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience, or a college graduate (no call center experience required).
• Willing to work onsite in Cavite.
• Must have an active Viber account.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
