Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably with leadership or management experience.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading IT teams and technology projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall IT function and team.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support.
• Ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems and operations.
• Manage IT projects, system implementations, and technology improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
