Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of IT experience, with leadership or management experience.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
Experience managing IT teams and technology projects.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall IT function and team.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, and technical support.
