Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig is seeking a detail-oriented Finance/Accounting professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. You will prepare financial reports, support month-end close, assist budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, adhere to deadlines, and contribute to accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Proven analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other Finance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on process improvements, audits, and other Finance initiatives.
