Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati seeks a Senior Accountant with strong IFRS/PFRS expertise and FP&A focus to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic planning. You will lead month-end and annual close, perform variance analyses, and develop financial models to drive informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA preferred, advanced Excel skills, and experience in audits or shared services. Immediate or minimal notice start is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• Proven IFRS/PFRS reporting and compliance experience.
• Strong FP&A background.
• Experience in audit firms, shared services, or multinational companies is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS/PFRS standards.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Develop financial models and conduct profitability and cost analysis.
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
• Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and planning efficiency.
