Job summary

HRTx Inc in Taguig is seeking an experienced accounting professional to prepare and analyze financial reports, supporting month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting. You will ensure accuracy, maintain internal controls, and help drive timely financial insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is an advantage but not required).
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, schedules, and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other Finance-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams on process improvements, audits, and other Finance initiatives.
