Job summary

HRTx Inc in Makati is seeking a Corporate Finance and Budget Analyst to support project financial reporting and corporate budgeting. This role covers preparing project financials and supporting the corporate budget, financial projections, and management reports.

You will collaborate with PPD, Sales, Accounting, and Construction teams, analyze ERP reports, ensure data accuracy, and help consolidate budgets and cost updates for monthly and annual closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, or project cost analysis; real estate or property development experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with ERP-generated reports and large data sets.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication across departments (PPD, Sales, Accounting, Construction).
• Organized and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP-generated monthly sales reports for assigned projects, sorting data by unit count, unit type, and payment terms.
• Validate the consistency of sales data, ensuring sold area figures tally with current pricelist information.
• Coordinate with the Project Planning and Development (PPD) and Sales teams to resolve discrepancies in area or unit counts.
• Update the inventory of units available for sale and check data consistency.
• Monitor and update project financials in line with pricing strategies and upcoming price increases.
• Consolidate project financials into summary reports for management review.
• Coordinate with PPD on changes affecting financial projections, such as revised plans or construction timelines.
• Prepare monthly cost update reports for accounting cost recognition based on anticipated final costs.
• Revisit current cost estimates against actual awarded and incurred costs.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Accounting, and Construction Management to reconcile final project costs and prepare closing cost reports.
• Support the review of PPD financial projections and assumptions at initial and monitoring stages.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather inputs for preparing and consolidating the corporate budget.
• Check submitted departmental budgets for completeness and accuracy, following up on discrepancies.
• Consolidate and prepare budget materials for department head review and management approval.
• Coordinate with Accounting to obtain actual P&L and cash flow reports for subsidiaries.
• Prepare funding requirement forecasts for approval by Executive Committee or Board.
• Review and analyze variances between budgeted and actual performance.
• Regularly update current-year budget estimates based on actual performance.
