Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug and maintain hardware and software at customer sites. Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides maintenance on hardware and software on customer premises.
• Performs routine inspections, cleaning and minor repairs within a territory.
• Inspects products and escalates issues per procedure.
• Schedules services and completes required paperwork.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed systems.
• Participates in hardware and software trainings.
• Assists with KPI achievement and special projects.
• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices.
