Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug and maintain hardware and software at customer sites in the Metro Manila area. You will inspect equipment, complete service paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and product functionality.

The role requires 1-2 years in field services, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license; training will be provided to meet KPIs and company standards.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant Field Services experience or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level and preventive maintenance.
• Inspects products for correct operation and escalates issues as needed.
• Schedules services and completes all required paperwork with customers.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings and KPI measures.
