Job summary

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support an Australian residential development project. The role is office-based in Angeles City with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a permanent morning shift.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree and have proven experience in estimating, cost planning, BOQ preparation, and scheduling, preferably with Australian builders. Immediate start is required and onsite work in Angeles City is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor or similar construction role.
• Experience with Australian builders or project teams is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, BOQ preparation, and scheduling.
• Experience reviewing drawings, plans, specs and scope of works.
• Knowledge of Australian construction practices and documentation.
• Residential construction experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and costing accuracy.
• Good communication when working with Australian clients and teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability and onsite work in Angeles City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for the project.
• Support cost control and value engineering throughout construction.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope alignment and compliance.
• Coordinate with Australian clients and project teams to ensure timely delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field




• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Building Scheduler, Construction Estimator, or similar construction role.




• Previous experience working with an Australian builder, construction company, contractor, or project team is highly preferred.




• Strong experience in quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, BOQ preparation, and/or construction scheduling.




• Experience reviewing construction drawings, plans, specifications, and scope of works.




• Working knowledge of Australian construction practices, standards, processes, and documentation.




• Experience in residential construction or property development projects is preferred.




• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in costing, estimating, scheduling, and documentation.




• Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with Australian clients and project teams.




• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.




• Can start immediately.




• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City.
