Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at UP Technohub, Quezon City. You will help customers by answering inquiries, researching solutions, and resolving issues with a customer-first mindset.

Open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills; basic computer proficiency and willingness to handle escalations are important. Training and a supportive, inclusive culture accompany a dayshift schedule.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh college graduates with a degree requiring excellent communication skills
• Completed 2 years in college or SHS Graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 12 months of BPO experience
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Add experience in handling escalations preferred.
• Computer experience
