Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Engineer to assist the EH&S Manager in implementing and monitoring programs to protect employees, property, and the environment at our Rosario, Cavite site. The role focuses on regulatory and customer requirements and adherence to ISO standards.

You will lead EHS program implementation, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, deliver training, and maintain ISO 14001/45001 documentation while promoting a proactive safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws including OSH, DOLE, DENR, and PEZA.
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of EHS programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and change management reviews.
• Investigate EHS incidents and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and deliver EHS training, orientations, and awareness programs.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory activities, permits, audits, and inspections.
