Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Environment, Health and Safety Engineer for our Rosario, Cavite site. You will assist the EHS Manager in implementing and monitoring programs to protect employees, property, and the environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, you will lead EHS program implementations, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and deliver safety training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in EHS or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws including OSH, DOLE, DENR, and PEZA.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, inspections, and EHS audits.
• Incident investigation and CAPA implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of EHS programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and change management reviews.
• Investigate EHS incidents and drive CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance activities with agencies (DOLE, DENR, PEZA, FDA).
• Oversee HIRA activities and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and maintain site safety plans and ERT.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to support EHS initiatives.
