Job summary

NIU Professionals, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Associate to provide first-level support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and deploy new equipment for staff. This role requires knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite, with remote support when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and user account management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with IT teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Set up and deploy computers and IT equipment for employees.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password-related concerns.
• Respond to IT service requests and document incidents.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure IT equipment is properly managed.
• Assist with IT asset inventory and equipment tracking.
• Follow IT security policies and company procedures.
• Provide technical support to users onsite and remotely.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
