Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to deliver onsite and remote helpdesk support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals in Cubao. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform reimaging, virus removal, and patch updates while assisting in data backup and recovery.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in desktop support, strong Windows OS knowledge, and familiarity with ITSM ticketing and remote desktop tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
2–4 years of desktop support or IT field services experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Associate preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and desktop applications.
Basic understanding of networking and system recovery procedures.
Experience with backup software and endpoint recovery.
Proficient in remote desktop tools and ITSM ticketing platforms.
Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
Can work FULLY ONSITE (Cubao).

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and standard peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Perform system reimaging, virus removal, and patch updates.
Assist in the backup and recovery of user data and configurations.
Document support activities and update configuration records.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty claims.
Support software installations, user onboarding, and device configuration.
Escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams as necessary.
