Job summary

Questronix Corporation 2 is seeking an Application Support Engineer to maintain and upgrade software applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and stability in Manila. You will assist in developing new features and communicate with developers and users to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in application support, strong analytical skills, and good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of various software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• With at least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Advanced Encryption Standards (AES).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing software environments.
