Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an entry-level Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via phone and email. The role requires at least 6 months of BPO experience and a high school or SHS diploma. Training will cover accurate information delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to company policies.

The position is onsite at MOA, Pasay City, with shifting schedules including weekends and holidays. A ₱20,000 sign-on bonus is offered to successful applicants, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School/Senior High School (SHS) graduate.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update account information as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
