Job summary

Symbos is assisting a leading Australian freight, courier and logistics provider by hiring a Customer Account Coordinator for an onsite role in Pasay City’s Mall of Asia Complex. The dayshift aligns with Australian business hours, and you will handle customer enquiries, quotations, service requests and account administration.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in customer service or account coordination, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, sales administration, order management, shared services or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and ask effective probing questions.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries, quotations, service requests and account administration activities.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good follow-up discipline with accountability for closing the loop with customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, customer management tools or Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries, priorities work and meet response and turnaround expectations.
• Willing and able to work onsite in the Mall of Asia Complex on a dayshift schedule as part of a pioneer team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Ask effective probing questions to understand customer needs, clarify requirements and determine the appropriate next step.
• Manage customer enquiries, service requests, account administration tasks and follow‑up activities through to completion.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations within approved guidelines and ensure details are accurate before submission.
• Support account maintenance activities including customer information updates, billing details and relevant account records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer enquiries are directed and resolved appropriately.
• Build positive customer relationships through clear communication, timely updates and consistent follow‑through.
• Escalate complex, non‑standard or operational enquiries to the correct internal team or decision‑maker.
• Conduct customer follow‑ups when required to confirm outcomes, provide updates, present quotation details or close the loop.
• Support service quality by meeting response time, accuracy, productivity and customer experience expectations.
