Job summary

TASQ in Davao City is seeking customer service representatives to join a fast-growing retail account. You will deliver exceptional service by phone, email, and chat, building rapport and resolving inquiries with accuracy.

On-site role with shifting schedules. Requirements include high school graduate or 1st year college, strong English, and readiness to start ASAP. Benefits include free HMO, night differential, and incentives.

Qualifications

• Completed at least Senior High School, 1st year in college, 2-year vocational/associate degree with or without experience OR
• HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1 year of BPO experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Davao City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
