You will handle orders, billing, and inquiries via voice, resolve issues promptly, update records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions while meeting performance metrics. Strong English communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Formación

• Senior High School graduates welcome to apply.
• At least 18 months of BPO, call center, customer service, or customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Responsabilidades
