Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Consumables Management Specialist to facilitate end-to-end fulfillment of consumables orders and service requests. The role handles voice and non-voice channels to ensure accurate order placement, timely issue resolution, and strong customer support for global operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams and delivery leads, manage orders across multiple channels, maintain records for machines and consumables, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP or D365).
• Background in order management or customer support environments.
• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer support interactions via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
• Provide timely, accurate responses including order status and supply history.
• Process consumables orders from multiple channels with real-time data entry.
• Maintain and update records for machines and consumables.
• Support order validations and explain non-warranted requests when needed.
• Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution.
• Process return authorizations per procedures.
• Collaborate with partners, service teams, and delivery leads.
