One Workforce Global is seeking a Collections Specialist (Onsite) to support a US-based retail and consumer finance client. You will manage customer accounts, perform outbound collection calls, and resolve past-due balances while preserving positive relationships.

The role requires at least 3 years in collections or related roles, strong English communication, and experience negotiating payment plans. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or related roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience negotiating payment plans and resolving delinquent accounts.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and email communications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls to past-due customers.
• Send follow-ups and payment reminders via email and phone.
• Negotiate payment arrangements to bring accounts current.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide customer service.
• Maintain accurate notes and records in CRM systems.
• Meet collection targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
