The role is a full-time onsite internship to support first-level IT helpdesk, handling email, chat, phone, and ticketing systems while gaining hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a degree in IT, CS, or IS, has basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware, and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT/CS/IS degree or related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking concepts, and hardware.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users through email, chat, phone, or ticketing systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user account issues.
• Log, track, and update support tickets accurately and promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Assist in documenting common issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the IT Team.
