Job summary

Metacom Careers is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a car dealership, onsite in San Juan. The role demands excellent English communication, 1+ year of BPO experience, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will handle inquiries about vehicles, services, scheduling, and pricing, maintain customer records, coordinate with sales and service teams, and strive to meet customer satisfaction targets on a shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive or car dealership experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicles, appointments, services, pricing, and dealership concerns.
• Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, test-drive scheduling, service appointments, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
• Coordinate with dealership teams regarding sales, service, and customer requests.
• Meet assigned customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.
