Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a car dealership to handle customer inquiries about vehicles, services, and pricing. You will assist with test-drive scheduling, service appointments, and follow-ups, delivering accurate information and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of BPO experience, strong English communication, and a talent for problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive or car dealership experience is an advantage.
• Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
