iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Customer Service and Tech Support operations in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will direct daily activities, set goals, review metrics, and coordinate with team leads and clients on performance.

The role requires at least 3 years in a BPO operations management role, and excellent spoken and written English. You will work onsite in a predominantly night-shift environment, building and motivating teams.
