Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a BIM Modeler to create and maintain accurate BIM models onsite in the Philippines. The role involves interpreting drawings, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and performing clash detection to ensure project compliance with BEP and standards.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a related field and hands-on BIM experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, plus familiarity with BIM360, SketchUp, or Dynamo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of BIM360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce 3D models and 2D construction documents.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction documentation.
• Support project teams with modeling tasks and documentation throughout project phases.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
