Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation in Cavite is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop and maintain 3D models, collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project data, and ensure model accuracy.

You will perform clash detection, generate construction documents and fabrication drawings, uphold BIM standards and version control, and update projects as field data or redlines arrive, supporting quality control and coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining BIM models for construction projects.
• Ability to detect clashes and resolve conflicts across building systems.
• Proficiency in generating construction docs, takeoffs, and fabrication drawings.
• Maintain BIM documentation and version control.
• Implement BIM execution plans and modeling protocols.
• Update models based on field data and redlines.
• Support QC and coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather data and ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts between building systems.
