Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a BIM Modeler to create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and to produce 3D models and 2D documents from drawings and specs.

You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, perform clash detection, and ensure conformance to BEP and project requirements. The role emphasizes detail, coordination, and documentation through project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of other tools such as BIM 360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce 3D models and 2D construction documents
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines
• Ensure models comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction documentation
• Support project teams with modeling tasks and documentation throughout project phases
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
