Job summary

Crimson Group, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead coordination of BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF teams in ongoing projects in the Philippines.

The role focuses on accurate development, integration, and maintenance of BIM models through the project lifecycle, ensuring QA and compliance with BIM standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BIM experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and willingness to work on-site at Calamba Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of BIM experience in AEC industry.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM Level of Development (LOD) standards.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and building systems.
• Ability to perform clash detection and model audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site and able to be assigned in Calamba Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models with accuracy and compliance with project standards using Revit or similar.
• Prepare BIM coordination reports, presentations and progress updates.
• Ensure BIM models are developed and maintained in accordance with project requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEPF teams involved with the project.
• Perform clash detection using Revit software or similar.
• Analyze clashes and coordinate resolutions with project teams and generate clash reports and monitor issue resolution.
• Support project teams in generating drawings, schedules, quantities, and other project deliverables from BIM models.
