Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Familiar with Navisworks for clash detection.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate across disciplines.
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models based on drawings and specs.
• Convert 2D drawings into coordinated 3D BIM models.
• Create constructible models to support coordination, visualization and field installation.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection with BIM tools.
• Produce coordination drawings and model-based deliverables.
• Assist in converting point cloud data into BIM models when applicable.
• Review multi-discipline documents to ensure model accuracy.
• Prepare RFIs and communicate issues to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and QA procedures.
• Conduct model quality checks and QA reviews.
• Identify and elevate project risks related to quality and schedule.
• Collaborate with project managers, BIM coordinators, engineers and stakeholders.
• Stay current with BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
