Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Banking CSR for Account Opening at Concentrix IT Park in Cebu. The role is onsite with shifting schedules and targets candidates with 6 months of BPO experience or higher.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assisting with billing and account issues, and delivering exemplary customer service while meeting CSAT and productivity goals in a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• At least High School / Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate
• Minimum 6 months BPO / Call Center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and willing to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu
• Amenable to shifting schedule

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about financial accounts and account opening via phone, chat, and email
• Assist with billing, transactions, and general account-related concerns
• Deliver accurate information and outstanding customer service
• Log all interactions and resolutions; work with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Consistently meet quality, productivity, and CSAT goals
