The Client Service Associate handles over‑the‑counter transactions—deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign exchange, remittances and other misc transactions—with accuracy and timeliness, following the bank’s standards. You will provide professional customer service, may promote bank products, and perform start/end of day banking activities in line with approved processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course.
• Preferably at least one year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Required Skill: Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Del Monte Area.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting /offering bank’s products and services
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
