The Client Service Associate role involves accurate, efficient processing of deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and related transactions in line with bank standards. Based in Malabon, you will work onsite in Monumento Area, delivering reliable service and promoting bank products.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates.
• Must communicate clearly and effectively.
• Willing to work onsite in Monumento Area

Responsabilidades

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to clients; may promote bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
